School Of Nursing

The school of Nursing that started in January 2001 constitutes a glaring example of the well planned and efficiently executed service oriented schemes of Crescent Medical Center Ltd. The School of Nursing has helped in creating awareness among the general public about the necessity for quality nursing education. The school offers the 3.5-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course recognized by the Indian Nursing council and Kerala Nursing Council. The institution is an affiliate under the Calicut University. With an annual intake of 20 students, who are from various parts of Kerala, the School has all the facilities like Labs, Library and Hostel for students as per stipulations of Kerala Nursing council and Indian Nursing Council. Well-qualified and experienced principal and teaching staff are employed to impart training at the school. The professional and academic standards of the Crescent School of Nursing is noteworthy and the entire first batch of GNM students of the School passed out with flying colors- the only institution in the District to obtain 100% results that year.
